Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags.
How to return
- Email support@chuckenglish.com with your order number.
- We'll email a prepaid USPS return label (US orders) or return instructions (international).
- Drop the parcel at any USPS location. We'll refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
Sale items
Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items
If something arrives faulty, email us with photos within 14 days. We'll replace it or refund, including return shipping.
